It's midnight again. You're googling:
"I hate myself for yelling at my daughter."

You see the same advice everywhere: breathing exercises, therapy, workouts, journaling, stepping away. You tried it all, but you still react in the same ways your parents used against you.

Your eyes get sharp. Your voice drops. Your breath gets short. Within seconds, you turn into your parent. You see your daughter lower her eyes. And you hate yourself for it.

Most advice only teaches you to manage anger. But you don't have anger issues. You need someone to face your fear alongside you. That’s not advice. That’s training.

I'm your Cornerman, Allen X.

I built Daughter Approved Anger Training for men who respect resilience and living experience.

My signature combo: Catch. Question. Release.

A combo that I've practiced thousands of times. I finally figured out the fears underneath my triggers and stopped reacting like my mom.

I'm now the patient dad I said to my daughter I'd be.

You apologize to your daughter. You promise it won't happen again. It happens again. You tried breathing exercises, therapy, exercises, journaling, stepping away.

But small things still turn you into your parents in seconds—your face goes cold with no expressions. Your eyes become sharp and scary. Your voice drops and hardens.

Nothing stuck because they're all teaching you to manage the anger.

My daughter saw me struggle. Then watched me change. SHE IS THE PROOF. That's why this is called Daughter-Approved Anger Training.

Phase 1—Practice (Catch. Question. Release.)

Your daughter didn't trigger you. Your fear did.

You'll be able to Catch your triggers when those physical sensations hit. More importantly, you'll have the courage to admit that you're triggered.

You'll be able to Catch your triggers when those physical sensations hit. More importantly, you'll have the courage to admit that you're triggered.

Once you're not afraid to admit, we'll move on to Question. Here's how it works.

I'll be your training partner. I’ll say the exact words you always react to, and we spar.

NO EGO, NO BACKING OUT. ONLY YOUR VULNERABILITY AND FEAR. THAT'S WHERE YOUR TRIGGER ATTACKS.

Once we figure out the fear behind your trigger, we move on to Release.

I'll be there with you as your cornerman and face your fear alongside you. We'll find a way to prove to yourself that you've outgrown those fears.

And finally, what used to trigger you has nothing on you.

* C.Q.R. sessions have no time limit.

Phase 2—Debut

This is a reality check on how you react to the triggers when your daughter is actually in the room.

When she says or does the same thing that used to trigger you, this time, your patience doesn't suddenly disappear. Your face doesn't go cold. Your voice doesn't drop.

You stop reacting like your parents. You become the patient dad you said you would be.

Phase 3—Score Card (Your Kid)

This is the moment of truth. Are you a more patient dad than you were two weeks ago?
